The se ason revolved mainly around the Auto bots in the aftermath of Megatron's re turn , trying to restore the city and t heir image. Meanwhil e, Mega tron, Lugnut , and Blitz wing have captured Prof. Sumdac i n order to build a Space Brid ge, hoping to us e it to c onquer a we akened Cyber tron from within. A sub-plot also focuse s on S ari as she searches fo r her f ather, w hile lear ning that there is no rec ord of her existence of any means.
